[edit] Random thoughts on the opener

15 November 2008, by Beyond the obvious - freshman point guard Samantha Prahalis is pretty good - what stood out most in Ohio State’s 75-56 win over Butler is that the Buckeyes are really, really young. Coach Jim Foster started sophomore guards Brittany Johnson and Alison Jackson with Prahalis. Sophomore Jantel Lavender, of course, was back in the lineup. She is a taller version of Prahalis, which means she is pretty good. Star Allen also returned. Star is a senior but she missed 18 of 31 games last season with ac

[edit] Breaking Down Ohio State’s 2008-2009 Basketball Schedule

12 November 2008, by Questions surround the 2008 Basketball Buckeyes. Who will replace Jamar Butler? Can B.J. Has Jon Diebler regained his shooting touch from his high school days and be able to be the shooting threat the Buckeyes so desperately need? The 2007 Buckeyes rebounded nicely from the disappointment of not making the NCAA tournemant and went on the win t
