[edit] Fat People Food - Fit People Food

14 October 2008, by Now is the time to make a decision about the type of person you want to be by deciding the type of food you’re going to eat ? fat people food or fit people food… When I decided to lose weight, I had to make a direct distinction between the foods that were helping me and the foods that were hurting me. [edit] What’s a Fish Fry or a Shore Lunch?

22 June 2008, by A ‘fish fry’ or a ’shore lunch’ is one of this region’s most well known culinary traditions. It’s a firm favorite with vistors who come up to go fishing or even people who come to just relax and enjoy the Lake of the Woods scenery.  Fishermen traditionally would eat a shore lunch so that they could spend the day trolling from one ‘fishing hole’ to another without really breaking up a good day on the water. More often than not locals and visitors to north-western Ontario prefer to use Walleye ca

15 April 2008, by Fried Chicken: We have been on a search for fried chicken in Los Angeles for what seems like ages. But it is beyond difficult to find the immaculate Southern fried version of yore or even other possible versions. One of the best places around that is now defunct (Paio in Silverlake) served up my favorite upscale version, which incorporated both the fried with the smoked to create the most utterly delectable BBQ fried chicken around. Los Angeles does try to shy away from deep fried foods (alt
