It also reminds me of a character I played with who had absurdly low Wisdom, and would randomly light things on fire. 4 September 2008, by I have just purchased Unearthed Arcana and wondered what some of the optional house rules others have used and what you thought of them. I am thinking of allows the Traits, Flaws and class variants (e.g. Cloistered Cleric, Urban Ranger) as well as Complex Skill Checks (aka Skill Challenges) and possibly the "Players make all the rolls". I also noticed the spell touched feats which look interesting as well. Anything I should watch out for?

The actual effect of the feat is often good, however the need to spend Action Points to power the feat mean the feat will get use only a few times between levelling up. For simplicity’s sake I’m going to call this Dungeons and Dragons, but it’s quite likely that I’m going to be using the Castles and Crusades rule set from Troll Lord Games. (Link) Why?
